1979 - Present: Formed Sudberry Properties to develop and manage commercial properties in Southern California. The firm currently specializes in urban retail, community, and town center developments with an emphasis on mixed use and master planned communities. Since its inception, Sudberry Properties has developed retail, office, apartments, and industrial projects with a market value exceeding $1.5 billion. The company is also known for entitling particularly difficult or complicated properties.

1965 - 1970:
U.S. Naval Aviator. Two Vietnam combat cruises in light attack A-7 Corsair II aboard the U.S.S. Constellation

Harvard University, Cambridge MA; Graduate School of Design, AMD Executive Program

1970 - 1972:
Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA; Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

1960 - 1965:
Rice University, Houston, TX; Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Electrical Engineering
