Jeff Bradley has led extremely successful real estate campaigns, developing and owning 10 neighborhood/community shopping centers totaling over 2,000,000 SF. Jeff has been directly involved in negotiations with IKEA, Costco, Lowe's, Home Depot, Kmart, Ralphs, Pay Less, The Sports Authority, Ross, and Office Depot among others.

Jeff oversees all aspects of site acquisition, governmental entitlements, project proforma, construction management and marketing.

Jeff, a highly regarded voice in the San Diego real estate community, started his career with CB Richard Ellis nearly 30 years ago, and has been with Sudberry Properties since 1986.

Jeff is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley, and is a former F-4 Phantom pilot with three Vietnam combat cruises.
