2007 - Present:
Sudberry Properties – Vice President / Director of Property Management. Responsible for the oversight of the property management department and overall property operations for a mixed retail and office portfolio in San Diego County of approximately 2.5 million square feet. The department oversees the financial operations, leasing and marketing strategy and overall maintenance of the properties, including physical plant, as well as tenant relations and retention.

2000 - 2007:
Arnett Construction – Vice President. Oversee the business development and marketing functions for a local General Construction firm specializing in retail and office construction. Specific duties also included operational, client relations and light project management.

1999 - 2000:
DDR Oliver McMillan – Director of Property Management. Comprehensive responsibility for the operations, leasing and management of a mixed portfolio of retail, industrial, office, and one mixed-use project directly reporting to one of the principals in the firm. Worked with internal development teams on several ongoing retail developments as the operations liaison during a period of rapid growth at the firm.

1994 - 1999:
Hollis & Associates – Vice President Asset Management. Responsibilities included directing and overseeing the team responsible for the management, leasing and marketing functions for a third party retail shopping center management firm. Oversaw a staff of eight employees and five community shopping centers of approximately 800,000 square feet. Responsible for business development for the firm, partner relations and fairly comprehensive oversight of the entire portfolio.

1988 - 1994:
The Hahn Company – Worked at four regional shopping centers as the Assistant General Manager and Operations Director including Horton Plaza, Parkway Plaza and Santa Anita Fashion Park. Responsible for general property management functions including CAM budgeting and administration, rental collections and lease administration, employee training, personnel issues for a staff of approximately 100. Specifically at Horton Plaza, oversaw the security and maintenance departments as well as managing the Horton Plaza Parking Structure and ongoing business relationship with Ace Parking.
