Alpha Project
The mission of the Alpha Project is to empower individuals, families, and communities by providing work, recovery and support services to people who are motivated to change their lives and achieve self-sufficiency. Alpha Project strives to end homelessness by providing jobs not handouts, respect not pity, and empowerment not control.
The YMCA
Besides being one of San Diego leading providers of fitness, health and recreational programs, the YMCA adheres to its traditional mission of building body, mind and spirit. The Y serves thousands of people each year through programs and services that are paid for solely through donations.
The San Diego River Park Foundation
The San Diego River Park Foundation is designed to protect and enhance the San Diego River’s valuable natural, recreational and cultural resources. It also supports the creation of a 52-mile-long river park system that will include trails from the mountains to the ocean. The Foundation is also in the planning stages for the Discovery Center at Grant Park, envisioned as a nature-based, education center and community destination
Nativity Prep Academy
Nativity Prep Academy is an independent, accredited, tuition-free middle school in the Jesuit tradition, with all the students representing the first generation in low-income families to earn a college education. Nativity Prep offers a rigorous and balanced curriculum and a variety of extracurricular programs, all geared towards assuring each student excels in the best high schools in San Diego. Sudberry Properties is a proud sponsor of the Nativity Prep Golf Classic held every September.
