2007 - Present:
Sudberry Properties – Vice President / Senior Project Manager for Retail Development. Responsible for governmental entitlements, project pro forma, leasing, design and construction management. Directly responsible for the management of the development team including architects, civil engineers, general contractors and all other consultants and team members.
2003 - 2006:
Project Manager for Retail Development at McMillin Commercial, a division of The Corky McMillin Companies. Responsible for all aspects of retail development including entitlements, project pro forma, leasing, design and construction management. During the tenure at McMillin, was involved in the development of approximately 1 million square feet of commercial property totaling over $200 million in value. As equity partner to CW Clark Inc., directly managed the redevelopment of 160,000 square feet of historic barracks into multi-tenant retail at the former Naval Training Center (now known as Liberty Station) in San Diego, California. Tenants include Vons, Trader Joes, Panera Bread and others.
1999 - 2003:
Commercial Real Estate Appraiser & Consultant for the firm of Lipman, Stevens & Thene, Inc. appraised residential/industrial/office/land properties valued from $500,000 to in excess of $250 million. Consulted for major banks including Union Bank of California, Wells Fargo, California Bank & Trust and San Diego National Bank.
