SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Sudberry Properties celebrated the grand opening of Circa 37, the first apartment neighborhood in Civita, its new 230-acre master-planned village in Mission Valley, with a reception for 250 guests, a ribbon cutting and a donation of $100,000 to the San Diego River Park Foundation, on Arbor Day, April 27.
“The opening of Circa 37 marks a significant milestone for Sudberry Properties, Mission Valley, and our new residents,” said Colton Sudberry, president, Sudberry Properties. “This occasion marks the next chapter in the development of this sustainable, transit-oriented village that will ultimately be home to approximately 5,000 residences, a 20-acre neighborhood park, a lively civic area, and nearly a million square feet of retail shops and offices – all connected by trails and beautiful open spaces.”
I can attest to their commitment to quality. I found them to not only be highly professional, but extremely cooperative and creative. And the end result...is something that the city can take pride in.
