Former 1920s Art Deco Woolworth’s Store Includes up to 76,000 Square Feet and Features 120-Foot Frontage on Historic Broadway

LOS ANGELES – Paragon Commercial Group LLC, in partnership with Sudberry Properties, Inc., has purchased the iconic 76,000-square-foot art deco-style retail building at 719 and 725 Broadway in the city’s historic downtown core. The building, built in 1920, was the first F.W. Woolworth Department Store on the West Coast; most recently it was occupied by Foot Locker.

SAN DIEGO – Sudberry Properties officially launched Civita, its 230-acre new mixed use community in Mission Valley, during a groundbreaking event and Arbor Day celebration on site today. More than 200 guests attended the event, which was highlighted with the planting of a 20-ton tree, the community’s first, in honor of Arbor Day, and the donation of $10,000 to the San Diego River Park Foundation.
