Chuck Todd Joins Sudberry Properties as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel.

Chuck Todd, former COO and chief counsel for the Indiana Attorney General's Office, has joined Sudberry Properties Inc. as COO and general counsel. Todd has 11 years of commercial real estate experience and 35 years of legal experience. In his new position, he will manage the day-to-day operations of Sudberry Properties as well as oversee the use of outside legal counsel.
While with the Indiana Attorney General's Office, Todd managed 10 sections, 72 attorneys and more than 23,000 litigation cases. Before that, he worked 11 years for Crystal Cathedral Ministries in Garden Grove as COO and general counsel and five years as v.p. and general counsel for SerVaas Inc., in Indianapolis, Ind. He also served five years as assistant professor of law at the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
