Christine Evans Named Asset Manager.

Christine Evans has been named asset manager of Sudberry Properties Inc., the San Diego-based real estate development and asset management firm. She will oversee the leasing and financial performance of the firm's privately held portfolio of shopping centers, reporting directly to the ownership. Evans joined Sudberry Properties in 1992 as director of management services. Tn 1995, she was promoted to v.p. of operations and in 2002 was promoted to chief operating officer.
Evans has more than 25 years of experience in commercial property marketing and management. Prior to joining Sudberry Properties. she served seven years as v.p./principal of Larry L Thomas & Associates Inc., a third party management company specializing in strip and community centers. Previous experience also includes serving three years as director of marketing for Charter Oak Development and working for three years as marketing director for The Price Co.
