Sudberry Properties is celebrating its 30th Anniversary as a San Diego-based, real estate development and property management firm that specializes in the development and long-term hold of quality shopping center projects.

Our current portfolio consists of thirteen projects, totaling 3,084,000 square feet; including 566,000 square feet of third party contracts consisting of two shopping centers, a warehouse industrial building, a bio-tech single-use building, and a business center.

Our fee management portfolio consists of 1) Properties we develop that are sold and the new owners ask us to continue as managers; and 2) Properties with clients, with whom we have a close relationship, ask us to manage their properties.

Over the past thirty years, our third-party clients have included AMB Property Corporation, Aldrich, Eastman & Waltch (AEW), Developers Diversified Realty Corp., Homart, Kmart Corporation, Pardee Construction Company and Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company.
